This Privacy Policy explains how PartnerStandard ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit our websites, use our SaaS application (the "Services"), or otherwise interact with us. We operate exclusively as a business‑to‑business (B2B) provider. If you engage with us as a private consumer, please refrain from using the Services.

8. International Transfers
When we transfer data outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data for the shorter of (a) five years after account closure or (b) as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Security
We apply industry best practices such as TLS 1.2+, encryption at rest, RBAC, and regular vulnerability scans. Vercel maintains SOC 2 Type II certification.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time.
12. Exercising Your Rights
Email privacy@partnerstandard.com. We respond within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
13. Automated Decision‑Making
We do not make decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. The Effective Date above indicates the latest revision.
